Initially, Amal and his classmates struggled to stay focused due to the pandemic. However, Amal’s dedication was reignited after a class with Szen Sir during a refresher session. Already familiar with Naveen Sir’s teaching style, Amal felt assured of IPSR’s capability to deliver comprehensive RHCE training. IPSR is a leading technical facilitator of add-on courses in colleges like Yeldo Mar Baselios College across South India, enhancing industry readiness and employability for fresh graduates. Even when Amal was least expecting it, IPSR’s brilliant training and placement support helped him secure a position at Nuventure Connect Pvt. Ltd. as a Junior System Engineer. At that time, Amal was recovering from an injury and had only been walking for about 1.5 weeks. Despite being least prepared, IPSR’s placement team sent his resume to Nuventure and encouraged him to attend the interview. Amal brushed up on his knowledge by watching online classes, which helped him prepare for the interview process. The interview, including a round with the Engineering Manager, went smoothly, thanks to Szen Sir’s interview tips and personal mentoring. He got placed! Within a week on the job, Amal realised how well-prepared he was, as the practical training made his tasks feel familiar and manageable from the start.
